An effective next to skin layer is critically important to any clothing system, no more so than when body armour is being worn. Wearing a short sleeved, in white or navy, allows perspiration to be drawn away from the skin and into an undergarment that can then be launderd up to 95c> in this way, the wearer's comfort and hygine are maintained.
