The prices shown are only applicable to purchases made via the Body Armour Company website. We reserve the right to vary pricing at any time, although the price you see on screen when you check out is the price you will pay. All prices are shown inclusive of V.A.T.

2) Ordering Goods
To order goods from our online store please select "add to cart" and follow the on screen prompts. We will ask for details of your billing address – this MUST be the address at which your credit/debit card is registered – and telephone contact details to enable us to contact you if there is a problem with your order. If you need to amend your order after it has been generated, please contact us by email or phone. We will confirm receipt of your order and the order details by email, however this will not bring into existence a legally binding agreement between us.

All orders placed via the "the Body Armour Company " website are subject to stock availability and to the validation checks described below. No contract will exist for the sale of products by us to you until your credit/debit card has been charged. This will be deemed to be our acceptance of your order and to have been effectively communicated to you.

3) Payment
We accept payment by Visa and Mastercard Credit and Debit Cards along with Maestro/Switch, via our secure payment providers.
Payment will be debited to your account before the despatch of your purchase. If you would prefer not to enter your card details over the internet, please contact us with your order and we can take your details over the phone on 0116 2610001.

4) Validation Checks
All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
In addition, in the interests of preventing fraudulent use of credit, debit and charge cards, we may need to contact you via letter, telephone or email to verify details before we are able to despatch your order or we may refuse to accept your order.

5) Delivery of Goods
We deliver free of charge to addresses within the United Kingdom although for deliveries outside of the UK additional charges will apply. There may also be slightly longer delivery times.
Goods can be delivered to a home address an alternative address or a place of work.
Your order will be delivered either by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Courier therefore a signature will be required on acceptance of the parcel.
From receipt of your order we will endeavour to deliver your chosen items to you within 7 working days, providing the goods are in stock, although items which are not currently in stock or which require embroidery may require a longer lead time. Please be aware that once items have left our premises we are in the hands of the courier service so delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and cannot be guaranteed. We will inform you if we become aware of any unexpected delay.

6) Delivery Charges
For orders to be delivered outside of the UK, post and packaging is charged in addition to the prices shown. This is based on the weight of your total order and will be calculated and added at check out. The shipping costs are subject to VAT, where applicable. Details of our current shipping charges can be found here.

7) Unwanted Goods
On receipt of your order, if you decide that you do not want any item, provided it is returned to us in its original packaging and unused condition along with the wrapping and delivery note (as proof of purchase) within 28 days of delivery, we will exchange it or offer a refund. Items which have been customised to your specification (e.g. through the application of embroidery) cannot be returned unless faulty. Return the item to us carefully packed - we recommend using an insured and trackable service such as Royal Mail special delivery or other courier, as we cannot be responsible for goods lost in transit to us. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item/s to us.
Upon arrival the goods will be inspected to ensure they are of resalable quality prior to issuing a refund. We do not accept responsibility for carriage of the returned items, only the items themselves. Goods will be refunded at their ordered price less delivery charges (UK will be set at £7.50). Where refunds are agreed, these will be processed as soon as possible and within 30 days of receipt of the goods.

Goods sent back to be exchanged for a different style, size or colour will be at your expense and a new carriage charge will be required (UK customers will be charged £5.00 for 2nd despatches).
